Form Validation for Hyperlinks

Add validation for hyperlinks to forms in order to prevent users from submitting form with text in a field asking for hyperlinks only. Users frequently type "none", "NA" or ask questions in the hyperlink field despite clear field labeling, help text and training. Having the ability to validate if the data entered was a hyperlink and prevent form submission, this was solve the issue. This would also prevent workflows being triggered off field changes that aren't valid.
