Conditional Formatting on Forms
I'm drawing a blank on the best way to do this. I am building a form where there is an option to select criteria from a drop-down. When someone selects a drop-down option I want it to then link to it's accompany account number. Basically, that way when they select their account name and submit the form it is submitted with the correct vendor number already.
Select Account Name
Hidden field populates with Account Number
I feel like I probably have to set up the sheet first OR I have to set this up one by one with logic in the Form itself. What's the best way to accomplish this?

Hi @BethWork
Suggest your seeking a INDEX-MATCH formula or a combination of and, two sheets possibly particularly as I imaging the list of accounts will grow. It's important then that the sheet/s are built correctly. I'm no whiz on formulas but others are gods…
Cheers.

@Jason P Thank you for this. I was able to set up the Index/Match and it worked very well for my purposes.
