"Super" or "Parent" Workspace

Hi, I would like an option to designate a workspace as a "super" or "parent" workspace. The reason behind this is I need to allow each company into a workspace to interact with the project objects. I absolutely cannot allow more than one company into the same workspace. Managing several projects for several different companies would be impossible to maintain the permissions, if at all within a single workspace. Keeping each project in its own workspace is the only solution.

With each project in its own workspace, I now need the ability to build a workspace that pulls information for program/portfolio management to a "super" or "parent" level workspace. Thinking of the ability we currently have for reporting to identify the workspace as the source and it pulls together all the info from different sheets, I'd like to so something similar with a "super" or "parent" workspace.
