DocuSign mapping not sending
I have everything set up to be able to generate an envelope from Smartsheet - but it won't send and gives me an error message of "failed to update status column" and I am not sure why this is.
Can anyone help me figure out why it is saying "failed to update status column"?

Hi @locallydone
It sounds like you have enabled some columns to track the status of your DocuSign signature requests, is that correct?
If so, can you double check that the restrict value is not toggled on:
I've seen that error once before when the column was restricted. We'll want to ensure it's not restricted so the automation can run. 🙂
Please note that select columns for sync is not currently supported for:- Columns restricted to specific entries only (i.e: checkbox, date columns...)
- Columns containing column formulas
