Setting up Hyperlinks in Sheets in Control Center

In one of my blueprints, all of the sheets have a "Navigation" section that helps users navigate to other sheets created:

In the template sheets, these are just hyperlinks to the other templates. When I use Control Center to create a project, in the new project clicking on one of those links would bring you to one of that project's sheet. Ex) If I use Control Center to make a project called "Project 123" and click on Delivery Plan it will navigate me to "Project 123 - Delivery Plan."

This blueprint was set up some time ago by a different admin. When I tried to create a new blueprint, the links are present but they navigate back to the template folder instead of the sheets created by Control Center.

Can anyone give guidance for how to get these hyperlinks set up correctly? Thanks!
