Pivot Tables

Hi,

I have set up a Smartsheet to help track inventory. I have a stock list and have used a pivot table to summarise by type and quantity on a master inventory sheet. However, the pivot table destination sheet does not update, despite the frequency being set to immediate. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? The preview shows it updated correctly.

I have also had serious lag issues with Pivot tables even though they are set to update immediately.
