Jira connector not working

We’ve been trying the smartsheet connector for Jira but it’s failing with the simplest of use cases.  We’re asking it to pull all the tickets from a specific project where the parent ticket is “xyz”, we are not using any custom JQL, only the simple filter features presented by the smartsheet UI.
