Control Center Automation- Use different BP based on specific criteria in Intake Sheet

I am looking to automate provisioning of projects in Control Center based on project tier level from the Intake Sheet. This is a column in my Intake sheet. Every tier is using a different blueprint.

You would set it up so that the approval column is "Tier #" and use a formula in the approval column to output the appropriate tier.
