Project Plan - adding a new task with the subtasks.
Hello :)
Can you please help me understand how to add a new task to a Project Plan Sheet? I need a new task category with the subtasks attached to it. An example is Planning—Project Kickoff, Activity 1, etc.

Add a line item to the sheet.
Add the sub tasks underneath and then use the indent function.
Use the formatting tool to differentiate.
If you want to produce a Gantt chart make sure you have two date fields in it and if you want the dates to create calculated dates then right click on one of the columns and look at the project settings and enable dependencies.
