Outlook Add-in Secondary/Multiple Email Accounts

We have a primary email and a secondary email account. We successfully loaded the add-in for both accounts. The primary email works with Smartsheet. The secondary email add-in only works when we sign out completely of the primary email and log into the secondary email. Is there a way for the outlook add-in to work with both the primary and secondary email when signed into both accounts?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!
