I Need to set up email automation,
I need to setup email notification for 'Assigned To' contact list with respect to Caldue date coloumn.
Every time I try the emails gets sent in to all the contacts in assigned to.
Help me out ASAP

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the automation as you currently have it? Are you using the "Run Now" feature when it sends to everyone?

Yes I use run now feature

Using the Run Now feature ignores the trigger and only looks at conditions. If you do not have any conditions listed in your Automation, it will run on every single row.

i have a coloum with multiple contacts
I do have a due date lost and when the due date is Today it should send mail only to the person having that due date.
But rather it send everyone in the contact list -

Could you attach a snippet of your workflow? Just wanted to verify if it is setup as with the Trigger: When a date is reached > Date Field: Caldue;
Then Alert Someone > Send to Contacts in a cell > Assigned To

create a solution for smartsheet such that it send emails to only specific persons in the whole contact list by matching the condition of due date…this is what i am looking for
