Freshservice ticketing integration with Smartsheet

Has anyone integrated FreshService ticketing with Smartsheet? We are looking to automatically create a ticket link when onboarding new employees. The goal is when a form is submitted it automatically creates a link to Freshservice, someone from HR would then be able to click on the link in the dashboard if they want to see an update.

You can use Bridge to do this if FreshService has an REST API available. The details of how to do that would depend a lot on FreshService's API.
