Task Sheet Global Update

I have updated my "health" column in my task sheet with new formulas and new symbols. I am trying to figure out how to update all my existing projects to have the same symbols and formulas by doing a global update. I chose "find and replace" then my task sheet. What should I enter as my find string?

Do a Modify Existing Column update to get the new symbols and formulas into your projects. Update your template first, then when you pick that column it will read in your updated column formula and settings. Run the update to push that out.

I'm assuming above that the formulas that need updating are column formulas. If so, then the Modify Column is all you need. If instead they are individual cell formulas, then after you update the column to have the right symbols, use Find/Replace to find the old formulas and replace with the new formula string. Your Find string would be the formula itself like "=COUNT(etc etc)"

Note that if you need to change the formula in a profile data row, you have to add a condition under Advanced Options for Row is Profile Data. Otherwise the update will be ignored for profile data rows.
