Control Center Deleting Intake Rows

We had 2 items that were created incorrectly in our multi-tier Control Center. We unchecked the created boxes on the intake and deleted them from inside Control Center with the intention of recreating them after applying a fix. We have done this before with other Control Centers when we spin them up as part of the testing process. This is our first multi-tier control center and the deletion did not act as it normally does. It deleted the parent and child rows off the intake. The Intake activity log just showed as Blank rows deleted. Has anyone experienced this?

Delete CC projects involves two confirmation boxes. The answer to question 1 changes the confirmation window in step 2:

If unchecked (items… will still exist, project row from the Intake sheet"):

If checked (items… will be permanently deleted, project row from the Intake sheet"):

Thanks @Jason Tarpinian. The problem we ran across was the 7 "child" projects that were also deleted and all of their content. The pop up only mentions/lists the sheets attached to the project name selected to delete. It doesn't mention the linked projects will all be deleted. I just double checked in case I missed it, but the warning is only for the project being deleted.
