Control Center & Publish Embed Code
I am creating a Control Center project that will create attendance reports that will live in Smartsheet. (one for each clinical course each term). Part of the provisioning process would include an automation that would send the clinical lead the embed code for the sheet so they can place it in a page inside of the LMS course. This would allow attendance to become a permanent part of the course historical data. So far, using auto-provisioning in Control Center, I can build this so no one from my team has to manually touch it once it is complete but only if there is a way for me to auto-grab the embed code so I can place it in the text of the automated notfification. Anyone know of a way to do this?
Thanks!

@Gina Smith I assume you are looking to get the actual embed code you get when publishing a dashboard?
If so, not in Control Center. If you happen to have Bridge, you could do this with some creativity whenever a new project is provisioned.

@Darren Mullen - thank you, we do have Bridge, I will look into that. My end goal is to use Control Center to create a live attendance report that can be embedded into the LMS course. As instructors record attendance in the sheet, the report (embedded in the LMS course) essentially becomes a live attendance report inside the course. Once Control Center creates the project (attendance report), I would like a way to "grab" the embed code and send it to a clinical lead, via an automation, so they can use it to create the embedded report in the LMS so my team does not have to grab the embed code for every Control Center project and then manually email it to the lead. Thank you for the suggestion!

@Gina Smith Sounds good. Yes, I'd say this could be done with Bridge to get the embed code, then insert it into a sheet or the intake sheet, and then an automation would run to send it to the clinical lead. It's a bit more advanced use of Bridge, but I'd say definitely doable!

@Gina Smith Bridge can sometimes be a bit tricky. If you need some professional services help to get this working, we have a fantastic Bridge expert available to do ad hoc consulting jobs. Reach out to me if that's of interest.
