Adding Electronic Signature Filed on to Forms
Hi,
I use forms for site inductions to populate data in a register, and I am really interested in finding out if there is a way to add an electronic signature field when completing a form.
Please let me know if someone has a solution for this.

Hi Henry,
You can enable the "Require Smartsheet login to access this form" setting. This will automatically record the submitter's email in the "Created by" column on your sheet. The "Created by" column is a system column that you add manually.
