Automated Workflow Assistance - Recurring Monthly Notification off EOM Date

Hi Smartsheet community! Here's the challenge I'm running into: a leader has asked me to set up a recurring a monthly notification, triggered off the last day of month, for the team to update their monthly forecast within following three days. I have a parent of "Expense Input for Monthly Forecast" and child rows of "Monthly Expense Input" with target start being last day of month, target end three days later, 1 for each month. I'm testing the automation with all notifications, but I'm not getting a notification. Any idea what may be off OR if there a better way to do this?

If you are setting yourself as the [Project Lead], make sure your personal settings have the box checked to include your own updates in notifications.
