How can I create a Dynamic View to show contact field information by hoovering over the contact?

In a regular sheet, when you hover over a contact field it will show the contact's information. (Email, Phone etc).

Is there a way to create a Dynamic view to all be able to display the contact field's information by hovering over it?

There isn't an option to do this in Dynamic view.
