What is the best way to approach a form where the same field needs to be used multiple times?

We are building "product installation forms" for our sales team. Their current design for these is a 10-page PDF which is composed of individual tables for each product type (1 example attached). We have roughly 8 product types with some products having quite a few variables for design/setup.

In building a Smartsheet form (11 forms) for this, I created one section on the form where all the products a client is signing up for would have to share a field for their packs (how the money gets distributed - shown in example below). Well, our sales team HATES it. We could have a client sign up for 15+ products at a time and when its only 2-3 products at a time, they said the excel file solution is inefficent. They want every product to have its own set of packs (3-5 fields) and of course "a table or a chart format would be ideal" (I know Smartsheet does not have that capability).

Our sheet is already 140+ columns wide and adding that many additional fields would not be manageable for our operations team.

Is the "attach an excel file" helper instruction the only way/the best way to go about this???
