Populate Notification Message Header with Information from a Form Contact (email/name)

Is there a way in the automation workflow to have the notification header auto-populate the name/email of the person that has submitted a form? I have a form where individuals have to enter their name and email. When we want to go back to our emails and search for the proof of submission notification, it's generic, and hard to sort (we are manually going through each email to find the one we need).

Yes there is! You can add {{Column Name}} to either the subject and/or body of the automation.

For example, {{Name}} - {{Email}} will populate as "Name - name@website.com"
