Docusign Workflow Not Working for Some Rows
I have a docusign integration built into a sheet. The workflow has been working until recently for one of my colleagues. I changed automation settings to "unrestricted" and the workflow continues to disable when I run it for this particular employee and while testing on a personal email address. I have added the employee as a "viewer only" and it is still not working.
I have applied the same workflow in other projects and have not experienced this. Any ideas on what else it can be?

It would be really helpful if you could share some screenshots of your workflow so we can test and troubleshoot the issue. If your workflow contains sensitive information that you can't share here, I’d recommend reaching out to Smartsheet Support to get assistance through a private channel.
