Suggestions on making this more user friendly?

I have a carrier tracker for our job, and its just very visually unappealing. I dont know how to make it look better - looking for suggestions.

We have monthly, quarterly, annual, and then manual requests. So all different times of the year and we mark them off as the files come in.

any suggestions?

    • Added Frequency Dropdown List:
      • To ensure consistent categorization, implement a dropdown list in the "Frequency" column with options like "Monthly," "Quarterly," "Annual," and "Manual."
      • Using frequency values as group conditions for the report eliminates the need to create indentations on the sheet. It also allows for random input for the frequency of months, quarters, etc., as shown in lines 21 through 24 in the bottom image.
    • Renamed Columns for Clarity:
      • Rename columns to specific month names, such as "January," "February," etc., for better clarity and intuitive navigation.
    • Enhanced Data Visualization:
      • Apply conditional formatting based on the "Frequency" column to guide users to which columns to check or fill out.
    • Created Grouped and Sorted Report:
      • Produce a report that groups entries by submission frequency, indented for visual distinction, and sorts entries within each group by "Product" to facilitate easy location of carrier information.
