Missing Workspaces After Subscription Renewal
Hi Smartsheet,
I recently renewed my Smartsheet subscription, and now I can no longer see my workspaces. This has never happened before, and I’m concerned about recovering my data. Could you please assist me in restoring access to my workspaces?

Is it possible that you're logging into a different version of Smartsheet? For example, the Smartsheet .EU instance instead of the .COM instance (or .GOV)?
These are separate instances of Smartsheet so the workspaces you create in .EU will not be available in .COM. I would suggest taking a look at your app URL when you're logged in to see if it ends in EU or COM, then try signing in to the other one to see if your workspaces are there instead 🙂
