Dynamic view access
I created a dynamic view off of a sheet to allow managers to view ergonomic assessments. Generally, it's been working with little complaints. Today I had a manager reach out that the link wasn't working saying "URL not found". I checked that she was, in fact, the listed manager within the sheet column and added myself to test it and I can open it without issue. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Whenever I run into this case, I always confirm which email address they're using to sign-in to Smartsheet/DV. I work with people who often have multiple accounts, and usually it's, "Oh, I was logged in under my other account!"
If that's not the case, make sure that user is shared to the DV, either individually/group/domain.
