Control Center Automation Error - "Error when attempting to get project folder." Why?
Every so often the Automation throws an error when creating a new project. "Error when attempting to get project folder." The automation for that project then fails. The original entry on the intake form is coming from an imported CSV that is generated by another system with Data Shuttle. If I delete the entry on the intake form it is repopulated from the CSV and the project then successfully is created. Why would it do this? Why does it proceed successfully with the same info the second time? Why does this happen only sometimes?

Smartsheet gremlins.
Sorry, that's the only answer. Occasionally CC just fails, usually because the backend becomes unresponsive. We're all waiting for the new improved backend to hopefully resolve some issues.
You can reduce gremlins by managing the time that you try to create the projects. The backend is loaded in the mornings as everyone's automations try to fire off. So if you can push your project import and creation to later in the day, you may find that your errors decrease.
