Accurate Colors when creating proofs

We previously utilized Workfront for project management and proofing, and colors on pdf created where accurated, now colores, mostly blues are softer than real ones.  Is this something Smartsheet can fix in your proof software, so we don't have to go through additional steps to upload each proof?

Our team uploads numerous proofs per day. It appears that gradients and blues seem to have the biggest issues in Smartsheet.

Various blues are our corporate colors, and branded gradients are in our corporate brand manual, as well, so this is kind of an important issue. Going through additional steps for each proof will be quite time-consuming.

It would be great if Smartsheet could address the software and proof creation on your end to find a solution.

I'm also curious about this and whether there's a recommended profile for file format exporting to get best color preview.
