I need to change our plan and no one is helping me. I have been trying for days. What can I do?

I left multiple requests in the last few days but no one spend the time helping me with my request. The customer service kicked me to account manager, the account manager kicked me to accounting, and then I never hear back from accounting. This has happened again and again in the last few days. I don't understand why the customer service is so terrible. How do I request a different account manager?
