Workflow - Generate Document

Hello everyone, I am using the 30-day trial in Smartsheet to convince my bosses to implement this program.
I am setting up a simple sheet that our service techs fill out after each job they complete. When the form is completed I want the Workflow to generate a PDF document that I have all mapped out. But, for some reason, the Workflow is not activating and I am to present this to my bosses at 10:00 am today.

To have the document generated I selected that it triggers when the last field is filled out by the tech.

Am I doing something wrong or is this not working because I am only using the trial?

@EFowler are you filling in that trigger value, clicking save and waiting a bit? It will read the trigger only on a save or refresh.
