How to start a new calendar using the calendar app

I am creating a new calendar using the calendar app. I have looked online and seen there should be an Add New button. But mine isn't showing that? Do I need anything to have the button? I have a full license.

    There could be a couple things causing that. First question, maybe a dumb one, are you sure you have the Calendar App? It's a premium app, separate from the core product of Smartsheet. Next up would be to have your Smartsheet System Admin make sure this Premium App is toggled ON for you in the User Management settings. Last thing would be if you purchased the Calendar App within the last 24-48 hours then it might just not be actually turned on yet. It's takes about a day from the time of purchase.

  • Thank you for that. I will ask the System Admin. Pretty sure we as a business have the Premium App as others have managed to create calendars.
