Control Center is removing templates from existing projects

I renamed my objects (required control center templates). Now, when I create a new project in control center, it is adding the project fine, but it is removing references in regional report to projects that were created with the old object names.

Old Name = Metadata

New Name = 2.1 Metadata

I manually updated all the projects with new naming, but the system is still removing the old references from the reports for regions and portfolio.

I tried to select the new objects in Control Center edit, but they are greyed out.

I hope this makes a little sense.

@measterbrooks are you using Control Center Dynamic Report? If so, it will overwrite the new data each time a new project is provisioned.

Thank you. I have reviewed those articles and they helped me understand a bit. I am using the same CC blueprint, but changed the objects to match the new ones with the new naming convention. I then changed the naming convention of all existing projects. It isn't working. It seems to maintain a backend identifier and even if the objects all have the correct naming, it isn't recognizing it as the same.

I don't want to permanently turn off the dynamic reports, but I need it to recognize all projects as valid and add the report references into the regional and portfolio filters.

Another option is to create a second version of your template set. All projects created from this would have the same new naming convention. However, I don't know if or how it may affect your Dynamic Report.

We are not using the feature because of how the data resets each time.
