Template from Engage Session

I was lucky enough to attend Engage this year in Seattle, and I attended the "Advanced power-user tips to up-level your Smartsheet experience" session. I was excited to use the template for Multi Entry Form that was provided via QR code from the session deck, however, it appears that at least one sheet is missing from this template. It's possibly I'm just not understanding the automations, but I'm convinced it's missing a helper sheet.

I'm hoping that someone can help me either get the full template set for this, or can walk me through how it works? I don't know if this session was recorded for on-demand, or even when those videos would be available, but I'm hoping to implement this in a solution next week!
