Is Smartsheet Enterprise required to integrate Docusign?

Hi @mattard

No, Smartsheet Enterprise isn’t required to integrate DocuSign, but you do need a Smartsheet Advance Gold or Platinum package to access the DocuSign integration.

If you’re not on one of these plans, I'd be happy to provide more details on the available packages and set you up!

Yes, it's only available on the Enterprise plan or the Advanced Work Management subscription (The new subscription model).
