Docusign

Is Smartsheet Enterprise required to integrate Docusign?

Hi @mattard
No, Smartsheet Enterprise isnβt required to integrate DocuSign, but you do need a Smartsheet Advance Gold or Platinum package to access the DocuSign integration.
If youβre not on one of these plans, I'd be happy to provide more details on the available packages and set you up! -
I guess the first question is how do I know whether we are one of these plans?

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Yes, it's only available on the Enterprise plan or the Advanced Work Management subscription (The new subscription model).FYI! @ChristianFinke
I hope that helps!Feel free to let me know if you need any help getting the Enterprise license added to your account (if you don't have it already)
Be safe, and have a fantastic day!

@mattard Hopefully you already figured this out but you can see what kind of plan you have by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left corner of the screen when you're in Smartsheet and then clicking "Plan Info"
