Collections not available to enterprise user on multi year contract
Hello,
Our organization is on a Enterprise multi-year contract that is not on the "new user licensing model". I am an EAP user and have lost access to Collections and File Library and I understand we will not receive any of the new updates unless we switch to the new user licensing plan. What is Smartsheet doing to provide access to new features for clients with existing Enterprise multi-year contracts?

Yes, Collections and File Library are features available on the new User Subscription Model (USM).
If you have a multi-year contract that is not yet on the new User Subscription Model, you can choose to change your contract ahead of the renewal period to gain access to these features. Please contact your Account Representative for more information about USM and your specific plan. 🙂

We are in a similar situation. We finalized a multi-year agreement in August 2024 and were very displeased to hear we would not be receiving new feature releases within weeks of our renewal. Additionally, our Account Representation turned over shortly after our renewal.
We proactively reached out to our Account Representative and are currently in discussions to reassess. Good luck to you.
