DocuSign Mapping Glitch?

I have templates connected to my Smartsheet process where I create the mapping and use 2 columns with emails as the contacts to send out envelopes - but all of a sudden today the mapping part won't bring up these 2 columns for me to use as the emails for the contact portion when creating the DocuSign mapping?

It pulls up the other columns, just not these 2. And it always has brought up all columns and I choose the contact cells.

Is this a glitch? I changed nothing and I use these several times a week to send out envelopes and have them attached to my set up sheets.

    A few weeks ago, I encountered this issue on two separate documents and tried various troubleshooting methods. Ultimately, the solution was to delete the PDF from Smartsheet, open it in a PDF editor, delete then re-add the fields that would not auto-fill, and then re-add the PDF to Smartsheet.
