10 Auto Rows Automatically Have Green Cell in Status Column In Smartsheets

Hi! We have 10 blank rows on our orders page in Smartsheets. Those 10 rows have a cell under our Status column that is automatically highlighting green. I've checked conditional formatting and don't see anything out of the ordinary. I've looked for hidden columns, but don't see any. I've tried to manually clear the rows, but that also does not work.

How can I resolve this issue so those 10 rows are automatically white?

Can you share a screen shot of your conditional formatting window? Like this:

All of those rules look to apply to the entire row only which suggests this is not conditional formatting. When you say that you manually cleared the rows, did you select the entire column and change the background color to white or Automatic, using this icon on the toolbar:

@KPH yes. I selected the green only rows and manually changed to automatic. I didn't do the entire column because it would affect how one of our team members manages the page (we are constantly updating it).
