Automating Data Mapping in Smartsheet Forms Based on Date Matching

I am using Smartsheets as a daily tracker for my prayers. I am creating a form for this tracker.

I have a pre-populated Date Column and then 5 prayers columns with dropdown column options of yes and no. The idea is that every day at a specific time (end of the day) I will fill out the form and update the tracker via this form

Now the challenge i am facing with this is, that when I fill out the form, I select the date and for all 5 prayers select the option for prayers and submit it, it creates altogether a new Row on the intake sheet instead of mapping the data to the Date corresponding to the date which is already available in the sheet.

How can I fix this so that when the form is submitted, the data goes to the row that matches with the date that is submitted in the form with the row where the data is already mentioned in the sheet?

I would suggest just not prefilling rows with dates.
