Dynamic View not displaying on a computer- only on a phone

I have created a dynamic view. most of the people I've shared it with have had no issues; however, one person is.

They let me know that for some reason it is pulling up on their phone, but not on their computer. When attempting to access via computer they are getting this error:

Dynamic View URL not found

The view may have been deleted, or you no longer have access to the view.

Has anyone had this issue? Is there something I can suggest for them?

I have had them verify they are logging on using the same email I added to permissions. I can't think of any other reason they are having this issue.

@VictoriaD how are they getting the link to it. Directly, through a workapps etc?
