Having issue with a copy rows automation
I have a sheet with a "status column that reads "ok" when the "on hand qty" is greater than the "reOrder Point" and automatically changes to "**review and update**" when it is not.
I created two automations that are triggered when a row changes and meets the condition of "status" being "**review and update**.
the problem I'm having is that the copy row automation doesn't always work⦠sometimes I only receive the email automation but rows aren't copied? anybody have a solution for this?

Do any formulas going through the data chain that leads to the status reference the [Quantity On Order] column?
If so, you can't use a column that contains or references a {Cross Sheet Reference} or Cell Link as a trigger for an Automation. You would need to change it to run based on a date / time (can set to daily or hourly if creative) and build in a condition of the Status column being what you want for the trigger.

no, the "on hand + on order" column is referenced and the "on order" column with the check box.
interestingly, this has worked before and the automation is based on the same things as the email generation automation which works fineβ¦
