Anyone else experiencing EXTREME delays with cell linking?

I'm noticing SEVERE delays with cell linking lately. As in over 15 minutes before the cell populates.

Our plan includes tech support, so I called yesterday. They said "up to 5 minutes is normal"

I'm at over 15 minutes with no data being pulled down from the other sheet.

I find when I cell link that I usually have to save and refresh and then the information usually shows up right away.

Yes. the information needs to get send back to Smartsheet servers.

You need to save, then refresh to send the cell link request back .

Lately this is taking up to 15 minutes.

I have already put in a support ticket, but I'm wondering if this is affecting other users.

Lots of delays lately and cell links breaking. I removed all of my cell linking on one of my sheets and started again. Still massive delays. I hope all links are not broken again when I return to it tomorrow.

Yes, and it's creating numerous issues. Hopefully, they will get this resolved very soon.
