Why isn't project manager working?

Hello everyone,

We have our Control Center set up with the help of Smartsheet.

When we set up Control Center we made a column titled "Project Lead". We decided that "Project Manager" was a better fit. We updated all columns and all the metadata to reflect this change.

However, all we get is «Project Manager» to appear in all our Project Manager fields.

Below is a picture of the metadata and a picture of the project plan.

Anyone have any suggestion as to why even though I updated all the Project Lead to Project Manager this change isn't working?

Any help would be great!

    Hi @Ruvalcaba12

    As part of the standard design, the Control Center is configured to ensure data flows from the Intake sheet >> Metadata sheet >> Project Plan sheet.

    Based on your description, there might be an issue with the cell-linking setup between the Intake sheet and the Metadata sheet. I recommend double-checking the settings in the "Customize Profile Data" step, as illustrated below.

    @Gia Thinh - I reviewed this and doesn't seem to be the issue. They all seem to be formatted in the same way. Thanks for your suggestion anyhow!
