Send as Attachment - Current User

I would like the ability to use the report feature "Send as Attachment" with a "Current User" filtered report, where the person gets a pdf or excel version of the report filtered by who the report is being sent to.

My situation: I manage a list of colleagues in a sheet and need to send a report to their respective leaders. I already have a "Current User" report set up, but I want to automate the process of generating and sending a PDF version of this report, filtered for each leader by using "Send as Attachment" feature.
