Copy to other Smartsheet when row is added or UPDATED

I have two sheets, lets say A & B, which are currently blank and will be used to gather patient information.

I'm trying to copy anything entered in sheet A to sheet B including if an updates have been made (e.g. if a name is entered incorrectly in sheet A and later corrected, sheet B will be updated in the same row and not just add a whole other row). This is the issue I'm having when i use an automation that copies new entries or changes when triggered, it completely creates a new row and doesn't recognize its an old entry that is being updated.

I also tried linking the column but I wasn't able to select the whole column, just a cell (unless everything has already been populated but, as I mentioned the sheets have no information yet).

Is there anyway to achieve this?

@Natalie11 Does your organization have DataMesh? I think that would be perfect for what you are describing.
