Automated Workflow Notification

I have my "main Smartsheet" with a delivery date column.
Then I have a "helper Smartsheet" and an automated workflow that makes copy rows from my main Smartsheet to my "helper Smartsheet" when delivery date is same as today.
Until here all good.

Now I'm trying to automate a workflow to send a notification email when rows are added to helper Smartsheet.

I want the email notification to be like the one with the yellow highlighted rows (only new rows) and including attachments (screenshot attached with highlights in yellow) and the logo of the company at the top, full rich notification.

But the only notification I'm managing to get is a very poor one with not attachments, no logo, it's like another type of notification.

What am i doing wrong?
how does this rich email notification needs to be set up?

    I'm not sure on the notification and this may really not work either, but have you considered a simplier alert which includes a link to a Dynamic View with the attachments exposed in the right panel (when they click on a row, of course). Also - commenting, as I'd love to hear other's recommendations if a notification can be formated in this way. Good luck!!
