Dashboard Charts - Color Change Issues

Hello,

I have had issues with my dashboard charts changing colors when values drop to 0 and then come back above 0. It changes everything and I have to manually fix this issue.

I found a solution on the Smartsheet community site that recommended adding +0.0001 to the end of the value. This solved my problem but created another… See attachment. Now some of my values become illegible as the 0's now show at all times due to this solution. It does fix the color changing issue but now it makes the data look poor.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I actually thought that this was exactly what I did when setting my dashboard up. After trying it, this does seem to hold as you mention. I attached snips below to show this. (the "3" values are made up)

hi @Bolton,

Could it be that if the value are 0 this data is not visible at all in the diagrams?

Maybe put some fake data above 0 assign colour on the Diagram Widget and let it 0 again - once it will increase it shall keep the same colour.
