Smartsheet template for updating many rows for customers

We have a process that is done monthly/quarterly where we are asking both external and internal teams to be updating many rows of data.

Today we have to use excel to update manually or have the team to go into the dynamic view to update rows. Inside a row there could be 15 plus fields and this takes on average 2 min per row. If they have 15 rows that equates to 30 minutes of time to give an update. Teams to don't want to adopt to this.

The way that would be helpful would be allowing a customer (internal/external) to upload a file and smartsheet to automatically update new rows, updates, deletions. This saves time which customers expect and we currently don't have an easier way to handle this. Open to suggestions within smartsheet.

Thanks Andrée, in the process of just getting more knowledge of Data Shuttle for possible use.

I would love to learn more about your "Import Sheet" option if you have info on the "what" and "how to"
