Smartsheet limitations may not work for us...

On day 5 of our 30-day trial, so maybe I'm just not seeing this. We use several Excel sheets for client time entry and client expense tracking. These Excel sheets are set up so that once an employee/contractor selects a client, they are then offered a drop down list of Charge Descriptions specific to that particular client. After selecting the correct Charge Description, the adjoining cell in the Charge Code column is populated with the corresponding Charge Code. Apparently Smartsheets is not capable of these types of capabilities? If I understand correctly, we would need to have a separate time sheet and expense sheet for each client/ This will likely be the reason we would NOT choose Smartsheets.
