Hi, I hope you're well and safe!Here's a possible workaround or workarounds 1️⃣ Add the name to a Sheet Summary field, and then use a so-called helper column and reference it, and then make it a column formula. Then you can reference it in the workflows.

I am proposing bringing a bit of pizzazz to Smartsheet by having celebratory animations for certain criteria. Think Joyful Animations in Outlook!
