Add More Data to Generated PDFs in Later Workflows

Hello,

I'd like to suggest an enhancement to the PDF automation feature. Currently, we can build PDF with cell data from the sheet, but it would be incredibly useful to allow adding of more data (or even modifications) to the PDF as part of later workflows.

This could include:

Appending new data collected from update or approval workflows
Conditional content based on workflow triggers
Version control for tracking changes

These improvements would significantly increase the flexibility and utility of the PDF automation feature.
