"Save as new" with more than 100 items

Is there any way around the 100 item limit when using" save-as-new".

I built a large reporting and dashboard structure with hundreds of individual reports and aggregate dashboards. The reporting structure is for a state agency that contracts with many partners, so lots of reports and dashboards for each individual partner.

We are beginning a new reporting period (state fiscal year), and I need to save a new version of this structure to begin anew. I just found that I can't save more than 100 items at a time. Is there any way around this limit?

@Sam ODHS There's not a work around to the limit unfortunately. The best bet is to put the items that need the least updating post save in a folder and save them separately from the ones you don't want to update post save. Sheets for example that have a cross sheet reference, may be easy to update if it's just one reference but if it's 20 references, Id rather update a report source instead. Or if you had some sheets that cross referenced to a static sheet (that will always be the source) then it won't need updating so it could be saved separately with no negative impact. But at the end of the day it could be a little painful. Good luck!

And confirming there is no back-end support that Smartsheet can provide to users who need to do this?

I've seen other posts on here about how significant the impact is of this design limitation. Duplication is incredibly important for users who are managing different reporting periods.

If I could simply save my structure in a new version, I would be able to duplicate in seconds or minutes. Instead, I will likely spend 20+ hours on setting up the new version. Because all of the reports pull from a few source sheets, I will have to move items one group at a time, go into each individual report (800+), and then link to the newly saved source sheets. "A little painful" does not even come close to describing this level of re-work.
