Hello Community,
November has arrived, and you know what that means: ENGAGE Seattle 2025 is just around the corner! ✨ The excitement is building as we get ready to connect, learn, and celebrate together.
I also want to thank @Marcela for last month’s edition and her reflection on the changing seasons. It was a wonderful reminder of how moments of transition can spark new energy and creativity. As we move closer to the end of the year, it feels like the perfect time to pause, take it all in, and look forward to what’s ahead.
In this edition, I’ll be sharing some exciting Community updates, highlights you won’t want to miss, and a few surprises as we head into ENGAGE. Let’s get started!

Community Champions are members who demonstrate product expertise and generosity in sharing best practices and support with others on the platform.
“My proudest project is the downtime procedure system I built, which ensures patients can still be seen across the organization during electronic health record outages. It’s a critical workflow that supports continuity and coordination. I’ve also created several one-stop shop solutions for end users, managers, and leads who function as project managers. These centralized hubs make it easier to access key resources, track progress, and manage tasks efficiently—all in one place.”

More about Isaac:
As you know, I’m also from Costa Rica, specifically from the Central Valley, where green mountains frame the skyline and life moves with the rhythm of the two seasons: rainy and dry. With December just around the corner, the dry season is about to begin, and I couldn’t be more excited.
It’s my favorite time of year to go hiking and chase sunsets, especially from mountain trails. One of the coolest things about living here is how easy it is to switch scenery, going from mountain to beach in just a couple of hours by car. Sunsets at the beach are the best… well, everything at the beach is better, haha.
I’ve always loved sunsets, not just for their beauty but for what they represent. They mark the end of a day, a pause between what has been and what is yet to come. To me, each sunset is a gentle reminder that endings can also bring renewal and hope. They show us that nothing in life is permanent and that change, though sometimes unexpected, can be a natural and beautiful part of life’s rhythm.
I’m going to share a picture of one of my favorite sunsets that I caught last summer. What about you? If you could spend a day anywhere outdoors, would you pick the mountains or the beach.
